Former BOP Utility Systems Operator Foreman Arrested and Charged with Crimes Against Children and the Use of a Computer to Commit a Crime

On December 10, 2024, a former BOP Utility Systems Operator Foreman at Federal Correctional Institution Milan was arrested following a felony complaint charging him with one count of child sexually abusive activity, one count of accosting a child for immoral purposes, and two counts of using a computer to commit a crime. Samuel Queen was charged in the State of Michigan’s 34th District Court. According to the state felony complaint, Queen used a computer and the Internet to solicit sexual activity from an individual he believed to be a minor. The investigation is being conducted by the OIG’s Detroit Office.
