Former BOP Correctional Officer Indicted for Bribery of a Public Official and False Statements

On June 7, 2024, a former BOP Correctional Officer previously assigned to the Forrest City Federal Correctional Complex (FCC), in Forrest City, Arkansas, was indicted on one count of bribery of a public official and one count of providing false statements. Tejuana Dillard was indicted in the Eastern District of Arkansas. According to the Indictment, on or about June 8, 2020, Dillard accepted United States currency in return for providing tobacco to an inmate of a federal prison. The Indictment also stated that on or about August 4, 2021, Dillard willfully and knowingly made false statements in connection with this investigation by stating she did not know why an individual sent her United States currency. The investigation is being conducted by OIG’s Dallas Office.
