DEA Asset Forfeiture Specialist Arrested for Conspiracy to Commit Access Device Fraud and Aggravated Identity Theft

On May 29, 2025, a DEA Asset Forfeiture Specialist was arrested on one count of Conspiracy to Commit Access Device Fraud and one count of Aggravated Identity Theft. Lesley Pasquet was previously charged by Information in the Southern District of Florida. According to the Information, from on or about December 2023, to on or about February 22, 2024, Pasquet knowingly, and with intent to defraud, obtained personal identification information, including Social Security Numbers, dates of birth, and driver license numbers issued to other persons (“unauthorized access devices”). Pasquet possessed 15 or more unauthorized access devices that she provided to a co-conspirator, who sold them to another co-conspirator via Telegram message. The investigation is being conducted by the OIG’s Miami office.
